Attention young ladies age 12 through 18!!!!
On Saturday April 22, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., the Charleston-Institute (WV) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated will host a day of painting, empowerment and fellowship. All materials will be supplied and lunch will be provided at no charge for those who register.
